Roasted Chicken mixed with toasted almonds, capers, onions, celery, Dijon mustard and mayonnaise served over our local grown greens with herb vinaigrette

Fresh Mahi, grilled, topped with red wine braised cabbage, housemade spicy island... sauce and Swiss cheese
Sun Dried Tomato Basil Flounder
Flounder lightly seasoned, sauteed, set over sun dried tomato and basil bechamel sauce served with rice and fresh vegetables
